• Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded against the correct accounts.
• Maintain purchase ledger records, keeping supplier details and payment information up to date.
• Check invoices against supporting documents to help resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare payment information for review, helping to keep supplier payments organised.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide clear updates on invoice and payment status.
• Reconcile supplier statements with ledger records to identify and correct differences.
• Work with the wider Accounting & Finance department to keep financial records complete.
• File invoices and related documents so information is easy to find when needed.
