Recruitment Consultants & Trainee Resourcers (Multiple Roles)

Location: East Herts – Free On-Site Parking

Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 basic DOE + Uncapped Commission / Bonuses

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent, (Office-Based.

We are currently partnering with a dynamic, rapidly growing independent recruitment consultancy established in 2018. With a tight-knit team of around 25 staff, they offer a lively, high-energy environment, exceptional staff retention, and a strong commission and bonus structure.

Due to continuous client demand and ongoing expansion across their core markets, they are seeking multiple Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers / Trainee Consultants to join their modern offices in East Herts.

Available Positions Across Specialist Desks

1. Healthcare

• Roles: Experienced Recruitment Consultant & Resourcers

• Focus: Placing specialist practitioners up to executive/board level.

• Culture: Fast-paced, interactive, and energetic environment.

2. Engineering

• Roles: Experienced Recruitment Consultants

• Focus: Technical recruitment across engineering, technical services, and infrastructure projects.

3. Scientific

• Roles: Resourcers & Experienced Recruitment Consultants

• Focus: Managing high-value, highly technical specialist roles.

Packages, Salary & Uncapped Earnings

Resourcer / Trainee Roles:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)

• Commission: % of Gross Profit (GP) billed with no threshold from Day 1.

Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

• Basic Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

• Commission: 10% of GP billed with no threshold. 

• Annual Earnings Guarantee: Unique year-end top-up on your total on-target billings.

What We Are Looking For

For Experienced Recruitment Consultants:

• Proven recruitment experience in technical, engineering, scientific, or specialist healthcare sectors. Other professional services sectors will be considered. 

• A highly professional, articulate, and structured approach to desk management.

• A stable career history - demonstrated commitment. 

For Trainees & Resourcers:

• Ambitious individuals with previous sales experience or high-calibre Graduates.

• Must be articulate, polished and highly engaging.

• No prior recruitment experience required - full hands-on training and mentorship provided.
