Site Planner

Site Planner | Coventry | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm | Office-based

We're looking for a Site Planner to join our team in Coventry. This is a key role at the heart of our operation, where you'll be responsible for coordinating production plans, managing stock levels and helping ensure our customers receive their orders on time.

You'll be working closely with colleagues across production, customer service, sales and procurement, so it's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and making a real impact on the day-to-day success of the business.

Construction Chemicals UK & Ireland is part of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, providing a broad range of innovative specialist materials and solutions for the construction industry, including concrete technologies, waterproofing systems, structural grouts, mortars and building materials.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a planning, production scheduling, supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across different teams.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

• Planning production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts and stock levels.
• Managing raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure production requirements are met.
• Working closely with sales, customer service and procurement teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Monitoring stock availability and communicating any supply or production challenges.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the site's planning and operational performance.
