Position: Registered Manager – Supported Living
Location: Walthamstow, London
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits!

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a supported living service in Walthamstow, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex support requirements.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the supported living service, ensuring high standards of care, safety and CQC compliance.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff through supervision, coaching, training and performance management.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures are effective, person-centred and regularly reviewed.
• Monitor service quality, audits and performance, driving continuous improvement and positive outcomes for individuals.

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Proven experience in a management role within supported living or a similar regulated care setting.
