Are you an experienced Solutions Architect, Data Architect or Integration Architect looking for your next contract opportunity?

We are urgently seeking a Data Interoperability Architect to support a defence-sector project, helping design and deliver solutions that enable secure, efficient data sharing across multiple systems, applications and platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for an architect with experience in data integration, systems interoperability and technical solution design who can translate business requirements into effective architectural solutions.

The Details

• Job Title: Data Interoperability Architect
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Location: Remote
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Security Clearance: Active and valid UK SC clearance is mandatory
• Experience: Approximately 3–5 years of relevant architecture experience
• Start Date: Urgent requirement

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data interoperability and solutions architecture.
• Define technical approaches for integrating data across multiple systems, applications and platforms.
• Enable secure and effective data exchange between enterprise systems.
• Work closely with business analysts and technical stakeholders to understand operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into practical technical architecture designs.
• Identify opportunities to improve data sharing, consistency and accessibility.
• Support integration across enterprise applications, including CRM platforms where relevant.
• Ensure architectural solutions align with applicable security and operational requirements within the defence environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect, Integration Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong understanding of data integration, systems integration and interoperability.
• Experience designing technical solutions across multiple applications or platforms.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and develop appropriate architectural designs.
• Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, data exchange or CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Defence, government or national security sector experience is advantageous.

Essential Requirement – Security Clearance

Candidates must already hold active, valid UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
