Interaction Recruitment is looking for Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a well-established waste management company in Bedford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified drivers to gain valuable experience, build confidence behind the wheel and work towards securing a permanent position.

With regular weekday work, early finishes and competitive pay, this could be the perfect first step in your driving career!

⭐ WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Newly passed Class 2 drivers welcome!

• £17.01 per hour basic rate

• Overtime rates of up to £34.02 per hour

• Monday–Friday working – enjoy your weekends!

• 06:00 starts, with finishes around 15:30

• Weekly pay

• Overtime available after 40 hours

• Company pension and healthcare cover

• Opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks

• Immediate starts available

THE ROLE

• Driving a Class 2 refuse vehicle on designated routes

• Collecting household and commercial waste

• Working alongside a supportive crew

• Completing daily vehicle checks

• Following health and safety procedures and ensuring routes are completed safely

✅ WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence

• Driver CPC qualification

• Digital Tachograph card

• No more than 6 penalty points

• A reliable, positive attitude and a commitment to safe driving
