They are looking for a capable, experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Manchester-based team and take day-to-day ownership of live projects. Responsibilities of the Senior Architectural Technologist:

• Lead the technical development of projects from concept through to completion, including masterplanning input
• Produce detailed technical designs and construction information for data centres, tailored to end-user requirements
• Coordinate project teams and consultants to keep schemes on programme and to a high standard
• Help to strengthen and deliver a well-established pipeline of upcoming work
• Carry out site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Required skills and experience:

• CIAT accredited Architectural Technologist (MCIAT)
• Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
• Proven track record of delivering data centre projects
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience managing and mentoring small teams
• Excellent design and technical drawing ability
• Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and organisational skills
• Previous industrial sector experience (advantageous)
• Based within reasonable commuting distance of Manchester
