Assignment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Payment Basis: PAYE
• Paid Holidays: 31 days per year (including bank holidays)
• Start Date: TBC
• Assignment Duration: Ongoing
• Location: Redcar, TS10 5QW

Must Have

• CSCS Green Card /Working toward a Blue Card
• IPAF
• PASMA
• Driving License

Role and Responsibilities

• Full understanding of duties required for construction works
• Good understanding of concrete associated work

• Capability to work to instruction with minimal explanation
• Follow all site health and safety procedures

Shifts

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Shift Times: 07:00 – 17:00
• Shift Pattern: Day Shifts

Overtime

• Monday to Friday: Time and a Third
• Nights: Time and a Third
• Weekends: Time and a Half

Health and Safety Risks

The successful candidate will be expected to promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring site rules and procedures are followed.

Key risks associated with the role include:

• Moving Plant and Vehicles: Follow site traffic management procedures
• Excavations and Uneven Ground: Follow site procedures and use designated access routes
• Manual Handling: Use safe lifting techniques

All site-specific risks and control measures must be confirmed through the project RAMS, risk assessments and site induction.
