About the Role
We are seeking experienced Temporary Works Coordinators (TWCs) to join a flagship, nationally significant energy transition and infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities
- Coordination & Management: Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including temporary works designers (TWD), site engineers, project leads, and external bodies to manage the delivery and approval of schemes.
- Registers & Schedules: Compile, maintain, and periodically review the project Temporary Works Schedule alongside the design and site teams.
- Design Briefs & Reviews: Prepare and review design briefs for adequacy prior to issue. Ensure designs are realistically scheduled within the construction programme and strictly delivered within deadlines.

- On-Site Governance: Ensure all site execution strictly follows drawings approved 'for construction'. Agree and implement inspection hold points with the construction team prior to loading, unloading, or concrete pours.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect ground preparations, foundations, and temporary structures before erection; verify materials/equipment integrity; and supervise/assess Temporary Works Supervisors (TWS) on-site.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record managing complex temporary works on major civil engineering, power, or industrial infrastructure schemes.
Certifications:
- Completed an accredited TWC training course or recent TWC Refresher/Update course
