HGV Self Employed Full time

It frustrates me personally that LTD drivers are struggling more and more to obtain work so I have set up an account across 4 clients who need drivers regularly, this ensure you can secure full time hours every week.

I am looking for a maximum of 5 drivers to join this pool with the lowest rate of pay being £18.50 all the way up to £26 per hour.

The number of drivers will only expand when new clients join this group or if demand increases therefore ensuring constant shifts available.

Client 1: Class 1:

Location: Redditch

Shifts:

• Days: 06:00-16:00 - £18.50-£24.00
• Nights: 16:00- 01:00 - £20.50-£26.00
• Monday-Friday with enhanced rate available on the weekend.

Roles and responsibilities:

This role will see shifts allocated to perform either trunking or general haulage deliver 2-5 drops over 10 hours. Average shift length is 10 hours and overtime is available for Sundays and Bank Holidays at an increase rate.

Client 2: Class 1

Location: Kidderminster

Shifts:

• Days: 8 hour shifts, start between 06:00 and 14:00  - £20.00-£23.00
• Nights: 9 hour shifts, start between 15:00 and 18:00 - £21.00-£24.00
• Block booked at a time for at least a week up to a month.

Roles and responsibilities:

This is a general haulage role with just simple straight forward runs from the depot to the drop then return to depot. It is rare for drivers to ever exceed 8 hours but 8 hours payment will always be paid as a minimum.

Client 3: Class 1 and Class 2:

Location: Redditch

Shifts: Monday- Friday, 07:00 start £18.00-£19.00

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role needs Class 1 and Class 2 drivers for cover so both are available however if you are a Class 1 driver whether you are driving C1 or C2 I will ensure you are paid a C1 rate. If you are a C2 rate I will look to pay you C1 rate where I can.

The role is a multi drop role that will see between 3-5 drops as a class 1 and 4-8 at most as a class 2. Only day shifts are available and will see 07:00 starts

Client 4: Class 2

Location: Redditch

Shifts: Monday- Friday, 07:00- 16:30 £170-£220 per day

Roles and Responsibilities:

This is working with a construction company based in Redditch and pay is dependant on additional qualifications. If you have a scaffolding card part 2 then pay will be £220 however if just a C2 license then £170 per day. Additional qualifications such as CSCS card will include an increase of pay.

All these roles with the exception of client 2 will have the option to go perm on their books but across all 4 means constant work can be guaranteed to an extent.
