The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established design and build specialist seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their growing delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained experience within commercial fit-out, interiors, workplace projects, refurbishment, construction, or design & build and is looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Management role.

Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will support the delivery of high-quality commercial interior projects from pre-construction through to completion, gaining exposure to client management, programme delivery, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project finances.

The business delivers a diverse range of workplace, office, interior fit-out, and refurbishment projects across London, offering genuine long-term career progression and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Assist Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Monitor project programmes and key milestones.
• Assist with procurement and material scheduling.
• Support cost management, variations, and project reporting.
• Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage project documentation and progress updates.
• Assist with project handover and completion processes.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
