Multi Trader – Property Maintenance

Location: Wyton, PE28
Salary: Up to £36,982.40 per annum, depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance company, carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across military family housing in Wyton and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, customer-focused tradesperson to join a long-term maintenance contract, helping ensure properties are safe, comfortable and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and minor installations.

• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery.

• Complete a variety of general property maintenance and repair works.

• Diagnose faults and identify effective repair solutions.

• Work across occupied and void properties.

• Use a PDA or digital system to update job records and complete work orders.

• Maintain high standards of health and safety, workmanship and customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in a Multi Trade or property maintenance role.

• Good working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.

• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.

• Experience working in occupied and void properties.

• NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade is desirable.

• Additional trade qualifications are advantageous.

• Full, valid UK driving licence.

• DBS and security clearance, or willingness to undertake the necessary checks.

• Professional manner with a strong focus on customer service.
