An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to join a well-established company covering Hampshire. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a background in domestic gas maintenance, servicing, repairs and installations, working across a local portfolio of residential properties.

The Role:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic gas appliances.
• Installing and replacing domestic boilers, heating systems and associated components.
• Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works.
• Undertaking annual gas safety checks and landlord gas safety inspections.
• Carrying out boiler installations, replacements and heating system upgrades.
• Completing general plumbing repairs and maintenance where required.
• Ensuring all maintenance and installation work complies with current gas safety regulations.
• Completing relevant documentation, service reports and compliance records.
• Providing a professional service to customers and clients.

Requirements:

• Valid ACS Gas Qualifications, including:
  
  • CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety
  • CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters
  • CPA1 – Combustion Performance Analysis
  • CKR1 – Domestic Cookers (desirable)
  • HTR1 – Domestic Gas Fires (desirable)
• Gas Safe registered.
• Previous experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and installations.
• Experience installing and replacing domestic boilers and heating systems.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Plumbing experience is desirable, particularly with domestic heating systems and general plumbing repairs.
