Warehouse Operative

Work nights in a temperature-controlled food warehouse for a well-known company, with the chance to move from a temporary to a permanent role.

Corr Recruitment is seeking a night shift Warehouse Operative for one of our clients in Bicester, to work for a well-known, established company in the food sector.

Schedule & Pay:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 19:30 to 05:00
• £16.33 per hour
• Overtime pay rate after 45 hrs – £21.85/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safe and efficient handling, picking, packing, and movement of ambient, chilled and frozen products within the warehouse. Duties include loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining accurate stock levels, operating warehouse equipment where authorised, and ensuring all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures are followed while working in a temperature-controlled freezer environment. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in cold conditions, and a commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards.

Materials handling equipment (MHE) experience is preferred but not essential.

This is a temporary to permanent position.
