Customer Call Handler

Customer Call Handler - 4 months- £12.71 per hour - Pontypridd - Immediate Start

Yolk Recruitment is working with a local company who require a call handler for an immediate start. Your personality and call handling skills will ensure great customer service is provided to their customers.

What you will be doing:-

• Taking customer calls and re-directing to the relevant department
• Scheduling jobs on systems for appointments to be arranged
• Referring complaints to management
• Collaborate with other departments for an efficient service
• Administrative support

What you will bring to the role:-

• Good communication
• Competence across systems
• Awareness of data protection
• A willingness to achieve ultimate customer service

What you will get in return:

• £12.71 per hour
• 37.5 hours a week
• Hybrid working environment (initially will be in the office)
• Monday to Fridays with no weekends.
