Good Time Golfin is looking for a confident, enthusiastic Venue Supervisors – Leisure & Entertainment to join our lively entertainment venue in Hounslow.

We're not your average golf venue! From interactive driving range games and dinosaur-themed adventure golf to FootGolf, interactive darts, great food and a buzzing bar, we're all about bringing people together for a brilliant time.

In this role, you'll help keep the venue running smoothly, support our team and ensure every guest has a fantastic experience.

The Role

Working alongside our Duty Managers, you'll take an active role in the day-to-day running of the venue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating and supporting team members during shifts.
• Overseeing activities, bar and café operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service in a busy entertainment environment.
• Supporting team training, coaching and development.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, stock control and daily operations.
• Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and presentation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment or customer service.
• Experience supervising, leading or supporting a team in a busy customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
