Job Title: Site Manager - Civils & Drainage

Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire

Salary: £300-£310 per day (CIS / Ltd Company)

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civils and drainage works on a project in Scarborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and keeping works on schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing civils and drainage projects
• SMSTS qualification
• Valid CSCS card
• First Aid qualification
• Temporary Works qualification desirable

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily site operations and progress
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Monitoring programme and quality of works
• Coordinating activities to ensure the project runs efficiently
