Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and keep purchase ledger records up to date.
• Match invoices to relevant purchase information and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier account details to support accurate payment records.
• Prepare purchase ledger information for payment processing.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide clear updates on account information.
• Review outstanding invoice items and follow up where further details are needed.
• Keep finance records well organised to support day-to-day Accounting & Finance activity.

Profile

A successful 'Purchase Ledger' should have:

• Experience handling purchase ledger records and supplier invoices.
