Forklift Driver

This role based on the outskirts of Thatcham, working with heavy, large and delicate products, supporting distribution operations while strictly following health and safety guidelines. If you’re serious about your career and meet the requirements, this could be your perfect next step!

We’re looking for skilled warehouse operatives used to working in busy yards and warehouse settings, ready to bring their expertise to a new challenge.

Key Requirements:

• Valid driving licence is essential due to location and operational tasks
• Proven experience as a warehouse operative and forklift driver
• Ability to safely load, unload, and manage stock of heavy and fragile items
• Commitment to following strict health and safety procedures
• Reliability and a strong work ethic in a physically demanding role
• Comfortable working in a team and independently when required

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Operating forklifts and shunting vehicles to move stock efficiently
• Loading and unloading heavy and fragile products with care
• Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock checks
• Following detailed health and safety protocols at all times
• Supporting warehouse operations including tidiness and organisation
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
