Location: Southampton
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000-£60,000 in your first year

We're looking for driven individuals to join our growing recruitment team in Southampton. You don't need any previous recruitment experience, just the right attitude, a strong work ethic and the confidence to get stuck in.

Whether you're coming from sales, hospitality, retail, sport or looking to kick-start your career, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What will you be doing?

• Building relationships with candidates and clients across specialist industries.

• Speaking to new people daily, over the phone and face-to-face.

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for live vacancies.

• Developing your own network and identifying new business opportunities.

• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Working towards realistic targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
