About this role

Heat Pump Project Manager / Senior Heat Pump Engineer
Renewable Heating & Decarbonisation Projects
West Wales Region

Permanent: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience + Package

or Long-Term Freelance (£300 per day paid CIS or LTD)

An established South Wales main contractor is recruiting for an experienced Heat Pump Project Manager / Senior Heat Pump Engineer to help shape and grow its renewable heating division.  Ideally, you will have technical expertise & experience installing heat pumps as well as managing this sort of project.

Due to increasing demand for Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and low-carbon heating projects, the business is being presented with more and more opportunities to undertake this sort of work.  As a result, they are looking for a technically strong individual who can combine heat pump expertise with project leadership to help drive the next phase of growth.

This is more than a traditional project management or site management role. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing the company's renewable heating capability, influencing project delivery, supporting future business growth and helping establish the business as a recognised provider of renewable heating solutions across South Wales.

The company is open to engaging the right individual on either a permanent basis or through a long-term freelance arrangement.
