Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established and growing food manufacturing business based in Park Royal, London.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Dispatch Operative to join their busy warehouse and distribution team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders ready for dispatch.
• Checking orders to ensure products and quantities are accurate.
• Organising and preparing goods for outgoing deliveries.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Checking delivery paperwork and ensuring dispatch records are accurate.
• Working closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure orders are ready on time.
• Handling and moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised dispatch area.
• Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or distribution environment would be beneficial.
• Experience within food manufacturing or food distribution would be an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when preparing orders.
• A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and happy with manual handling duties.
• Ability to work the required night shift hours.
