Technical Lead - Cerner

Technical Lead | NHS Trust | Fully Remote | 6 Weeks | Inside IR35 | Immediate Start

Have you led Cerner migrations at more than one NHS Trust? Do you know where the data gaps appear and how to close them? If so, this role needs your experience.

At Brio Partners, we specialise in placing technical contractors into public sector and NHS programmes. We're working with an NHS Trust that needs a hands-on technical leader to bring its Cerner (Oracle Health) migration under control. The work has a clear purpose, a short timeframe, and a real effect on the clinicians and patients who depend on accurate reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Taking technical ownership of the Cerner migration
• Finding fields missing after migration and designing practical workarounds
• Assessing the backlog of outstanding reports and setting priorities
• Advising on how ongoing reporting should be developed
• Leading a technical team and driving issues through to resolution

What we're looking for

• An NHS Trust background
• Technical leadership of Cerner migrations across several Trusts
• Strong data and reporting expertise
• A leader who can bring a team together quickly and deliver at pace

You might currently be a Lead Data Architect, Technical Lead or Technical Programme Manager. Your job title matters less than your track record.
