  • Influencing and coaching stakeholders to embed safe working practices and strengthen accountability for health and safety.
  • Supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Group's Health and Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Advising on risk assessments, safe systems of work, and appropriate control measures.
  • Assisting with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Conducting and supporting audits, inspections, and assurance activities.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering engaging health and safety training programmes.
  • Monitoring legislative developments and promoting best practice across the organisation.
  • Contributing to the development of a proactive and positive safety culture.

What we’re looking for

  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety

  • Experience providing health and safety advice within a complex, multi-disciplinary, or multi-sector environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
  • Experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build effective working relationships without direct authority.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations as required.
