Aftersales Advisor – Exeter
Location: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 basic salary, £36,000 OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Previous motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential. If you have excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude and good communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the aftersales journey.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Support the aftersales team with daily operations.
• Manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
• Good IT skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous automotive, motor trade or retail experience is beneficial but not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 basic salary.
