Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle?

We are seeking reliable, professional, and compassionate Casual Support Workers to join our growing agency team, covering shifts across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You could be supporting young people in a residential children's home one day and assisting vulnerable adults within a domestic abuse provision the next. We work with a wide range of services and have regular opportunities for workers who can offer flexibility across days, nights, and sleep-in shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality support to vulnerable children, young people, and adults.
• Promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers.
• Following safeguarding procedures and care plans.
• Supporting service users in a range of settings, including:
  • Residential Children's Homes
  • Domestic Abuse Services
  • Supported Living Services
  • Homelessness and Crisis Provisions
  • Mental Health and Other Specialist Services

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months' experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care/support role.
• A caring, adaptable, and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one prior to placement.
• Flexibility to cover shifts across Manchester and surrounding areas.
