Service Co-ordinator

 

I am looking to recruit a service co-ordinator for my client based in Cannock. 

 

Role of a service co-ordinator:

 

• Log check and approve service
  
  
• General administration 
  
  
• Processing invoices and checking records
  
  
• Cover the service desk
  
  
• Sales support
  
  
• Follow up quotations
  
  
• Answering incoming calls
  
  
• Attention to detail
  
  

 

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of a service desk and ideally worked within a similar environment.  Experience of using SAP or another ERP system would be advantageous along with a good understanding of field service, engineering or automotive.

This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
