About the Role

Sytner Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester is seeking a dedicated and professional Tyre Fitter to join our busy Aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for the motor industry who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Working with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitting, balancing and repairing tyres on customer vehicles.
• Carrying out wheel alignment checks and adjustments where required.
• Inspecting tyres and wheels for wear, damage and safety concerns.
• Advising the workshop team of any additional vehicle defects identified during inspections.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing all work to manufacturer and company standards.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience as a Tyre Fitter, Fast Fit Technician, or similar automotive role.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Be reliable, motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with wheel alignment equipment would be advantageous, but training can be provided.
