We’re looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a precision engineering business manufacturing components for the aerospace industry.
The Role
You’ll be hands-on manufacturing precision sheet metal components using a range of fabrication techniques.
We’re looking for someone with strong sheet metal working experience, ideally within aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
Experience with multiple fabrication processes and working to tight tolerances is essential. Brazing experience in a highly regulated industry is required for the higher salary band.
£35,179–£38,496 | 39 hours per week | Days | Derby
Monday–Thursday: flexible start between 7am and 8am. Friday finish at 12pm.

- Sheet metal fabrication and bench work
- Riveting, spot welding, bonding and brazing
- Working with titanium, aluminium and stainless steel
- Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances
- Using hand tools, machinery and measuring equipment
