Sales Support Executive

Help our Sales Team turn opportunities into successful customer onboardings. You’ll work with colleagues, suppliers and local authorities to keep the sales process organised and moving forward.

What you’ll do

• Keep client records and sales pipelines up to date in HubSpot
• Coordinate communication between the Sales Team and partners
• Support applications and onboarding, resolving customer queries
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices and reports
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

What you’ll bring

You must have experience in the telecommunications industry. You’re organised, proactive and confident communicating with people, with strong admin skills, attention to detail and good Excel and Microsoft Office skills. You can manage deadlines, work independently and as part of a team, and are keen to learn.
