Cover People are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to support teaching and learning in a primary school in Burnage.

Your role

• Deliver planned lessons and provide classroom cover.

• Lead small-group interventions and individual support.

• Support pupils with different learning needs, including SEND.

• Build positive relationships and promote good behaviour.

• Work with teachers to support pupil progress.

✅ What you’ll bring

• HLTA status, a relevant qualification or substantial experience in a similar role.

• Experience working in a primary school.

• Confidence leading whole-class learning.

• Strong behaviour management skills.

• A proactive, flexible and caring approach.
