About this role

Job description:

Together Teaching is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to work in an exceptional Early Years setting. This role involves delivering high-quality care and early education to children aged 0–5 years, contributing to their learning, development and wellbeing. The role is full-time and permanent. The nursery requires someone energetic, nurturing, and imaginative, with a genuine love for working with young children.

If you have a passion for seeing children flourish and thrive, have an abundance of energy and creativity, and the desire to work in an environment where no two days are the same but are all always fun, then this is the role for you!

We are looking for individuals who are warm, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in children's lives during these most formative years. You will be expected to support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and adapt your approach for children with additional needs.

What you will need to succeed:

You will require a full and relevant DfE-recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or above, such as NNEB, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Early Years Educator, or equivalent. A current Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable but not essential. Experience within nursery or pre-school settings is highly valued.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

Full and relevant DfE recognised childcare qualification at Level 2 or above, such as NNEB, NVQ, or Early Years Educator, is a minimum requirement.

If you are successful with your application, you will be required to complete a DBS Enhanced Application or present a current DBS Certificate that has been registered to the DBS Subscription Update Service.

Benefits:

Easy Registration Process

FREE CPD Training

We listen to you and what you want from your next role

Dedicated consultant who is there to support you

Transparent pay rates and payslips

On-call GP available 24/7

Once you apply for this job, your journey to your next rewarding role will begin. The process is quick and efficient, and you’ll be working in a setting in no time. As part of the process, you will need to complete several compliance checks and hold or apply for an Enhanced DBS. If you do not currently have one, we can assist you with your application through Together Teaching.
