Job Description

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives for a document scanning role involving the careful handling and processing of confidential medical documents.

This opportunity would suit someone who is organised, methodical and able to work accurately in a warehouse environment, following strict procedures when handling sensitive paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, organising and preparing medical documents for scanning.

• Scanning documents accurately using electronic scanning equipment.

• Checking scanned documents to ensure they are clear, complete and correctly processed.

• Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information.

• Following data protection procedures and workplace guidelines.

• Organising paperwork and maintaining a clean, tidy working area.

• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.

• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks requiring accuracy and concentration.

• Previous warehouse, document handling or scanning experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

PPE Requirements

Steel toe-capped safety boots are essential and must be worn on site.

Candidates must ensure they have suitable safety footwear before starting the assignment
