  • Aim to achieve a high first-time fix rate.

  • Carry out lift servicing, repairs, installations and refurbishments.

  • Complete job records accurately using a PDA.

  • Monitor and maintain van stock levels.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Confidence using Android devices and basic IT systems.

  • Self-motivated, organised and reliable approach.

  • Flexibility to work overtime and occasional out-of-hours callouts.

  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Installation Technician.

  • Background in mechanical, electrical or mobility equipment maintenance.

  • Experience working independently in a customer-facing role.

Experienced engineers, career changers and ex-military candidates are all encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with overtime available as required. Flexibility is needed to meet operational demands, including occasional emergency callouts.

Benefits

  • Salary of £29,000–£38,000, depending on experience.

  • Permanent, full-time employment.

  • Overtime opportunities.

  • Company van, tools, uniform, PPE and test equipment provided.

  • Comprehensive manufacturer training and ongoing development.

  • 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
