Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will work closely with Programme Functional Leads and key stakeholders to establish priorities, oversee information management systems and maintain compliance with programme standards and regulatory obligations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced information management professional with strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills to contribute to the successful delivery of a complex programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement processes for managing programme delivery documentation and information records.
  • Establish and coordinate information management priorities in agreement with Programme Functional Leads.
  • Integrate information management processes and documentation into the programme's IT systems and management framework.
  • Oversee the effective use of information management platforms, including Meridian, TSN, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other programme-specific applications.
  • Ensure information and records management activities comply with CMS requirements and relevant programme standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for information management matters relating to UK and French regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate information management activities with the Handover Management function to support the effective transfer of programme documentation and records.
  • Manage programme-specific issues relating to DCC activities in collaboration with Information and Knowledge Management (IKM).
  • Work collaboratively with programme teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate, accessible and well-controlled information throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve information management processes, systems and ways of working.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in information management, ideally within a large-scale engineering, infrastructure or complex programme environment.
  • Strong understanding of document control, information governance and records management processes.
  • Experience using information management platforms such as Meridian, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams or similar systems.
  • Ability to establish priorities, coordinate activities and manage competing demands across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with programme leadership and functional teams.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and the importance of maintaining accurate, controlled programme records.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and resolve information management issues effectively.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate will be required to hold or meet the requirements for Security Check (SC) clearance, subject to the programme's security requirements.
