Quality & Compliance Specialist (Cosmetics & Personal Care)

£40,000 - £45,000 | Fully Remote

We're supporting a growing cosmetics and consumer products business in their search for a Quality & Compliance Specialist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced quality professional to join a busy team supporting quality systems, compliance activities, customer complaints, audits, investigations and regulatory requirements across a broad cosmetics and personal care product portfolio.

The Role

Working closely with internal teams and external manufacturing partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting compliance activities, managing quality issues and helping ensure products meet relevant regulatory requirements.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• 4-5+ years' experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance or a related field
• Experience within cosmetics, personal care, beauty or consumer products
• Knowledge of quality systems, audits, CAPA, investigations or GMP
• Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
• An understanding of regulatory requirements, product compliance or product registration activities

Given the nature of the role, we're particularly interested in candidates who can bring relevant industry knowledge and contribute quickly while working as part of a wider team.
