Gas Engineer

Zenith are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading energy suppliers who are looking for experienced Gas Installation Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Job description:

• Install domestic gas boilers, heating systems, and associated equipment
• Carry out installations in accordance with current gas safety regulations and industry standards
• Complete all relevant installation documentation and certification accurately
• Conduct system testing and commissioning following installation
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues where required
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service within occupied residential properties

Person Specification:

• Proven experience as a Gas Install Engineer within domestic properties
• Demonstrable installation experience with domestic heating systems and gas appliances
• Hold relevant ACS gas qualifications
• Strong understanding of gas safety regulations and industry best practice
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
• Must hold a valid right to work in the UK.
• Electrical knowledge essential, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers.
• Must be willing to do a DBS.
