Manufacturing Cleaner - Longton, Stoke-on-Trent
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour ( PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-5:00pm, Friday, 7:30am-12:30pm
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Overtime: Available

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Cleaner to join a busy manufacturing site based in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within an industrial working environment, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining factory and manufacturing areas.

• Cleaning toilets, washrooms and changing facilities.

• Maintaining cleanliness in staff canteens and communal areas.

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.

• Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy and hygienic.

• Following health and safety procedures and cleaning guidelines.

• Using cleaning products and equipment safely.

Experience

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• A good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively.

• Willing to work the hours specified and undertake overtime when available

• Temp-to-perm position with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.
