Swedish Recruitment Consultant – European Workforce Solutions

We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our European Workforce Solutions team at Adepto Technical Recruitment.

You'll support recruitment activity across Sweden and wider European markets, working with international clients, local candidates and recruitment partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who speaks Swedish and enjoys working with people, building relationships and delivering results.

You don't necessarily need to come from a recruitment background. If you're confident, commercially minded and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we can provide the training and support to develop your recruitment career.

What you'll be doing

• Recruiting candidates for industrial, manufacturing, production and technical roles.

• Communicating with Swedish-speaking candidates and recruitment partners.

• Conducting candidate screening and interviews in Swedish and English.

• Managing vacancies from initial requirement through to placement.

• Building relationships with international clients and local hiring managers.

• Sourcing candidates through Swedish job boards, LinkedIn and direct approaches.

• Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding requirements.

• Working with local recruitment suppliers and workforce partners.

• Supporting the wider European team with account management and recruitment delivery.

• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and managing candidate pipelines.

What we're looking for

Essential:

• Professional fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence speaking with candidates, clients and suppliers.

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

• A proactive, motivated approach to work.

Desirable:

• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or account management.

• Knowledge of the Swedish employment or recruitment market.

• Experience in industrial, production, manufacturing or technical recruitment.
