Senior Transport Co-ordinator

We’re delighted to be partnering with NWF Fuels, the UK’s third-largest fuel distributor, to recruit a Senior Transport Coordinator for their Central region.

This is a genuine step up into regional leadership, in a business that’s investing in its people, fleet and technology. With centralised, system-led planning, you’ll spend your time leading and improving, not firefighting depot by depot.

Kenilworth, Warwickshire – hybrid (2 days office, 1 day on site, 2 days from home)
Monday to Friday, around 8:30am to 5pm – no weekends, no on-call
Salary up to £45,000

The role:

• Own and sign off the daily transport plan across 12 Central sites
• Line manage a Regional Planner and three Transport Coordinators across AM and PM shifts
• Oversee O-Licence, tachograph and drivers’ hours compliance
• Track OTIF, overtime and cost to serve
• Help recruit and build the Central team

You’ll bring:

• Transport Coordinator or Supervisor experience, including line management
• Strong working knowledge of tacho, drivers’ hours and O-Licence rules
• Experience signing off daily plans and acting on performance data
• A full UK driving licence and happy to travel the region weekly
• Fuel, tanker or ADR experience is a bonus, but not essential
