Mobile Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our franchise-approved dealer group, covering Bristol and the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs to customers at their locations.

Duties:

• As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will travel to customer sites across Bristol and the surrounding region.
• Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Work from a fully equipped company van while managing daily appointments independently.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain clear communication throughout each job.
• A Mobile Vehicle Technician must complete all work accurately, efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:

• IMI or NVQ Level 3, or an equivalent qualification, in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Several years of practical experience beyond qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a mobile vehicle repair role would be advantageous but is not essential.
• The successful Mobile Vehicle Technician will have strong mechanical, electrical and electronic knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer-facing abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, remain calm under pressure and complete all aspects of vehicle repair and servicing.
• A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months, with fewer than nine penalty points.
• This Mobile Vehicle Technician position is suited to an experienced professional who can work confidently without direct supervision.
