Earn up to £15.57 per hour as a Prepper, with weekly pay and strong overtime rates. Every part you sand, mask and prep sets the standard for the finish that follows, and on aerospace components that standard is exact. As a Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

• Sanding, cleaning and prepping metal and composite parts ready for painting, coating or assembly
• Masking components accurately to protect designated areas during finishing
• Reading and working to technical drawings so every part meets specification
• Updating the Team Leader on production progress
• Supporting other departments when required

As a Prepper, your experience will include:

• Previous experience in an automotive, aerospace or manufacturing environment
• Confident using vibrating hand tools, buffers and polishers
• Familiarity with measuring equipment and mixing fillers
• A sharp eye for detail and high quality standards
• Comfortable working on your own or alongside others
• Good communication and listening skills
