Graduate Case Manager
We’re recruiting a Graduate looking to kick start their career in real estate finance and have an opportunity to join a Bridging Underwriting team as a Case Manager with a rapidly growing specialist lender based in a vibrant area in Central London. 

Managing bridging applications from inception through to completion, you’ll be a key point of contact for brokers and work closely with underwriters to progress cases efficiently. This role would suit someone who combines strong case management skills with a proactive, commercially aware approach.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a pipeline of bridging applications.
• Liaising with brokers to obtain outstanding documents and supporting information.
• Managing expectations, deadlines and case updates to deliver an excellent service.
• Supporting underwriters and preparing underwriting and legal documentation.
• Obtaining property information and valuation quotes.
• Maintaining accurate case records and correspondence within the CRM.
• Identifying outstanding requirements and following up to keep cases progressing towards completion.

What we’re looking for

• Good academic history and a degree related to real estate, economics, business or finance (or similar).
• A good understanding of the lending process.
• Experience handling a high-volume caseload and competing deadlines.
• Confident broker communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• The initiative to take ownership of cases while working collaboratively with underwriters.
• Good Microsoft Office and CRM skills.
