Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and enhance store performance through keen commercial awareness and effective KPI management.
• Oversee stock control, merchandising, compliance, and maintain high store standards.
• Cultivate a positive and engaging team culture where collaboration thrives.
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administration and efficient store processes.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, support colleague wellbeing, and celebrate team achievements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven retail or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Commercially aware with confidence in analysing sales data.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid operational management experience.

Contract Details:

• Location: Ashford, Kent
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends - Store is open between 10:00am - 8:00pm
• Contract Type: Permanent Oppertunity
• Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum
