We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Groundworker / Labourer for an upcoming 46-week project based in Portree. Working with a well-established client, you will support vital civil engineering operations and site developments in the area.
This is an excellent opportunity for steady, long-term site work in a supportive team environment with highly competitive hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute general groundwork and site labouring tasks safely.
• Assist skilled tradesmen and site management with daily operational support.
• Perform concrete works and environmental works as directed.
• Maintain site safety by strictly adhering to all regulations and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

QualificationsValid CSCS Card is strictly required.
ExperienceProven background in a construction or civil engineering environment.
Core SkillsStrong work ethic, punctuality, and great attention to detail.

Working Hours & Schedule

48 hours per week
Friday to Sunday Off
3 days off every weekend
