Job Title: Textile Warper

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Pay: £13.00–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts, 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm

About the Role

We are recruiting a Textile Warper to join an established textile manufacturing business in Bradford.

This role would suit someone with previous warping experience who understands the importance of preparing yarn accurately and efficiently to support the weaving process.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating warping machinery.

• Preparing yarn beams in line with production requirements.

• Ensuring yarn tension, alignment and quality are maintained.

• Monitoring machinery and identifying faults or irregularities.

• Carrying out routine checks and reporting maintenance issues.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Working with the wider production team to meet manufacturing deadlines.

About You

• Previous experience in a textile warping role.

• Knowledge of warping machinery and yarn preparation.

• Good attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A dependable approach and commitment to producing quality work.
