PK Education are looking for enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to join our secondary supply team across Doncaster.

Whether you're looking for one or two days a week, regular work Monday to Friday or occasional bookings around other commitments, we want to hear from you.

We work with secondary schools that require additional classroom support when their teachers are absent, and we're looking for people who can confidently step in and keep the school day running smoothly.

No Qualified Teacher Status Required!

You won't be expected to plan lessons or teach new subject content. Your job is to supervise pre-prepared work, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged throughout the lesson.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervising secondary school classes across KS3 and KS4

• Explaining work prepared by the absent teacher

• Keeping students focused and maintaining classroom expectations

• Managing behaviour in line with school policies

• Taking registers and recording relevant information

• Providing feedback to the school at the end of lessons

• Creating a safe and supportive classroom environment

What You'll Need:

• Confidence working with secondary-aged students

• Experience supporting children or young people

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A reliable and professional approach

• Flexibility to work across different school environments

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
