The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your market, developing client relationships and building a strong network of candidates across the Building Services and Construction sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business and building long-term relationships with clients.

• Managing and growing your own recruitment desk and specialist market.

• Sourcing, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.

• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial client briefing through to placement.

• Building a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.

• Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the continued growth of Linea Group.

Who We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience is advantageous, particularly within M&E, MEP, Building Services or Construction.

• A strong sales, business development or account management background will also be considered.

• Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by earning potential.

• Confident building relationships and comfortable picking up the phone.

• Someone who takes ownership, is proactive and wants to build something long-term.

• A desire to progress, develop and be rewarded for the value they bring.
