The Role:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to understand strategic goals, investigate complex commercial challenges and develop analytical approaches that improve understanding of customer behaviour and business performance.
• Performance Reporting & Visualisation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility of key business metrics, customer engagement and performance trends.
• Financial Forecasting & Performance Review: Support quarterly and annual forecasting processes, monitor results against business targets, and present performance insights to senior stakeholders through regular business review meetings.
• Analytics Strategy & Roadmap Development: Identify opportunities to strengthen analytical capabilities, improve processes and introduce new approaches that maximise the value of data across the organisation
• Data Infrastructure & Quality: Partner with data engineering and wider analytics teams to improve data quality, establish reporting requirements and enhance the accessibility, reliability and usability of customer data across international markets.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years' experience in customer analytics, business analytics or a related analytical position, preferably within retail, e-commerce or another consumer-facing environment.
• Strong ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and accessible way, delivering relevant insights and recommendations to a range of audiences.
• A curious, commercially minded approach, with a genuine interest in customer behaviour, identifying trends and uncovering opportunities to drive business performance.
• Experience working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, with the ability to contribute to team development and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the confidence to build strong working relationships and turn analytical findings into actionable business decisions.
• Advanced SQL capability, with experience querying and analysing large, complex datasets to generate meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis, data modelling and related analytical tasks, using relevant libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, Tidyverse or ggplot2.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and workflow or transformation tools, such as Databricks, Snowpark or Airflow.
• Proven experience developing effective dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with digital analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar solutions, would be beneficial.
