Project Manager 
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business operating within the aerospace, defence and energy sectors, managing projects from initial order through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Coordinate engineering, production and supply chain teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Monitor project budgets, timescales and resources.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Report project progress to senior management.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Engineering degree or apprenticeship-trained equivalent.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Previous project management experience desirable.
• Aerospace industry experience advantageous.
